Make sure the power supply is connected to the power line. (Pay attention to the power division of the mechanical vibration tester, the external power supply to be 220V or 380V).
The mechanical vibration test bench connection line is connected with the corresponding output port (vertical output or leveling output). Before testing, Please select the platform and waveform that need vibration. Do not press the selection of the desk body and the waveform selector switch in the machine work.
Adjust the amplitude modulation to the “0” position before starting the machine. Do not frequently pass, break the control box power.
When the function is output, the amplitude of the frequency is mainly output by the function adjuster. At this time, the micro adjustment of amplitude modulation and spin twisting only play the role of fretting adjustment.

In the digital operation panel, according to the instructions, confirm whether the relevant parameters are correct (with special attention to Cd004) and input the relevant test parameters.
The amplitude should not be beyond the amplitude of the machine itself. Otherwise, there will be out of control or abnormal noise. The work should be stopped immediately to be corrected.
After normal work or long time operation, the main objects on the vibration test bench should be fixed to prevent loss of objects caused by vibration and displacement.
The working mechanical vibration tester can not work in overload or no load large amplitude state. The control box is a power control unit and must not withstand heavy loads and severe vibration. Do not have to plug any connection line in the work.

There are cooling holes in control box and mesa, and no logistics and sundries are allowed. Find that the sound should be stopped immediately, or the factory can continue to operate.
When the mechanical vibration tester finished testing work, turn off the power and confirm whether the start button is in the stop state (the start state and the start button is pressed).
